題  目：Recent advances in the finite volume element method

内容簡介：The finite volume (element) method (FVM) is associated with primary and dual meshes, which are coupled different meshes. At present, the L2 convergence rate of the FVM is strongly dependent on the choice of dual meshes. In this talk, we will make a brief review of the dual construction of the FVM and introduce our latest progress on the conservation property and L2 theory of the FVM.

報告人簡介：吉林大學數學學院副教授，主要從事偏微分方程高精度數值方法的格式構造與理論研究，在空間離散的有限體積元法以及相場方程的時間指數譜過程方法等方面做出了系列工作，相關成果發表于《SIAM J. Numer. Anal.》《Math. Comput.》《J. Comput. Phys.》《Sci. China Math.》《J. Sci. Comput.》《Adv. Comput. Math.》等期刊。主持國家自然科學基金面上項目和青年科學基金項目各1項、中國博士後科學基金面上資助2項，參與國家重點研發計劃項目2項。
