題  目：User Authentication Challenges & Defenses—When Seeing is Not Believing

内容簡介：User authentication is the first line of defense to protect information systems. Among user authentication techniques, password-based authentication and face authentication are two popular techniques used in various personal computing devices such as smart glasses and smart phones. In this talk, I will analyze the threats against the existing face authentication and password-based authentication and introduce countermeasures to address the existing threats.

報告人簡介：研究興趣主要包括以用戶為中心的信息系統用戶身份認證安全、在線社交網絡的隐私控制與保護、大型信息物理系統的數據分析，其中用戶身份認證方向的主要研究内容為人臉認證系統安全和口令認證可用安全。研究成果發表在ACM CCS、IEEE TDSC、ASIACCS等信息安全國際頂級會議和期刊上，擁有1項新加坡發明專利。李岩博士研究興趣包括在線社交網絡的隐私控制與保護，以當前流行的社交網Facebook、Google+和Twitter的隐私保護機制為研究對象，挖掘和發現了7個隐私漏洞和固有的設計缺陷，其中2個隐私漏洞獲得了Facebook的肯定和确認，1個隐私漏洞已于2013年被Facebook修複；同時還研究大型信息物理系統(城市自動列車控制系統)的可靠性和安全性，擁有1項新加坡發明專利。
